Ms. Mayuri Pawar: F.Y. B.Com. Student of PCACS adjudged as Best Shooter with Individual Top score and selected to lead Mumbai University in All India Rifle Shooting Championship held at Bhuvaneshwar. Mumbai University Led by Mayuri Championed All India with Mayuri toped in the score with a record-breaking performance. Mayuri now represent India in the forthcoming World University Championship and will also represent the nation at World Youth Rifle Shooting Championship scheduled to be held at Germany from 18th to 26th May 2025.

Ms. Mrunal Agarkar: Std XIIth student of HOC International School represented India at Under 18 years Youth women’s Asian Volleyball Championship 2024-25 held at Nakhon Pathom, Thailand. She also represented Maharasdhtra at School National games Volleyball Championship held at Vijaywada, AP. She has been adjudged as the Best Player of Maharashtra during Maharashtra Senior State Women’s Volleyball Championship held at Mumbai.

Mr. Shanavas Khan: International Long Jump Athlete of HOC International School won Gold medal at Jr. National Athletics Championship 2024-25 with a distance of 7.72 meter. He also represented India at Asian Youth Athletics Championship and stood 5th in the meet. He is selected in to National Centre of Excellence in the Olympics probable group. Shanavas also won Gold medal at recently held National games at Uttarakhand

Mr. Krish Kumar Saroj: The Universal Volleyball Player of Pillai HOC International School, captained Maharashtra at School National Games and adjudged Best Player. He has now been selected in to National Centre of Excellence with 2nd Rank out of top 240 Volleyball players called from throughout the Country.

Master Prince Yadav: 10th Std student of HOC International School, Represented Maharashtra and won Gold medal at School National Games Athletics (400 mtr) event at Lucknow

Ms. Gayatri Nindekar: 11th Std Student of Pillai HOC International School Represented Maharashtra in 400 meters and won Bronze medal at School National Athletics Championship at Ranchi.

Mr. Vaibhav Shivaji Bothe: Represented Mumbai University at All India University Fencing (Epec) Event and Qualified for Khelo India National Games 2025.

Mr. Kartik Uday Kakade: Represented Khelo India University Games at Assam and won Bronze Medal. Also Participated All India Fencing Championship at Amritsar with a National Team Qualifying Score.

Mr. Aryan Jamdade: S.Y. B.Sc. CS student of PCACS adjudged as Best Shooter with Individual Top Score and selected to represent Mumbai University in All India Rifle Shooting Championship held at Bhuvaneshwar. Mumbai University won the all India University Rifle Shooting (Men) title .

Mr. Soham Mokal: UG student of Pillai HOC C ASC, won Gold Medal at Inter University Athletics Championship (400 mtr) at Chandrapur. He also participated in All India Inter varsity Athletics 4 x 100 meter relay at Bhuvaneshwar.

Mr. Aryan Mohite: Std XI student of HOC International School won Gold Medal at School States Boxing Championship at Akola & Participated in School National Games held at Delhi and Sucessufully reached upto Semifinal.

Master Harsh Singh: Student of HOC International School won Gold Medal at School State Athletics (Long Jump) and participated at School National Games & Junior National Athletics Championship held at Lucknow & Bhubaneswar respectively.

Mr. Asad Shaikh: 11th Std student of HOC International School won Bronze Medal at Under 19 years Boys State Volleyball Championship and Selected and participated at School National Volleyball Championship 2024-25

Mr. Shailesh Mokal: Under Graduate student of Pillai HOC C ASC won Gold Medal at West Zone All India University Athletics (400 m) and Participated in All India University Athletics Championship at Bhubaneshwar.

Maiden MES Inter School Quiz Competition: The Maiden MES Inter School Quiz Competition held at Dr. K.M. Vasudevan Pillai Campus on 15th February 2025. Dr. Pillai Global Academy – Gorai won all the three positions in the 5th to 7th Std Category and Title. Mahatma International School CBSE won the Gold Medal and Title in 8th to 11th Std category.



Football (Men): PCACS Men Football team which represent Pillai FC at Mumbai Football Association’s (MFA) prestigious Independence Day Cup/strong> Senior Men`s Football Tournament and won Runners up Position and silver cup at Naville D’Souza turf Ground, Bandra on 15th August 2024.

Mumbai University Champion Ball Badminton (Men): PCACS Men Ball Badminton team retained the Mumbai University Mumbai City Zone Inter Collegiate Ball Badminton Men Championship Title and Gold Medal during the Championship held on 26th to 27th November 2024 at Pillai college of ACS, New Panvel.

Mumbai University Champion Volleyball (Men): PCACS Men Volleyball team retained the Title and Gold Medal at Mumbai University Mumbai City Zone Inter Collegiate Volleyball Men Championship held at Pillai College of Engineering, New Panvel, on 9th and 10th October 2024. Six players from PCACS selected to represent Mumbai University in All India West Zone University championship at Samabaji Nagar (MH).

Mumbai University Champion Volleyball (Women): PCACS Women Volleyball Team won the Title and Gold medal at Mumbai University, Mumbai City Zone Inter Collegiate Volleyball Women Championship held at Pillai college of Engineering, New Panvel. On 9th and 10th October 2024, Five players selected in to the Mumbai University team for All India University Volleyball Championship at Bhopal.

Mumbai University Champion Ball Badminton (Women): PCACS Women Ball Badminton team retained the Title of Mumbai University Mumbai City Zone Inter Collegiate Ball Badminton Women Championship held on 26th to 27th November 2024 at Pillai College of ACS, New Panvel.

Mumbai University Champion Handball (Men): PCACS Men Handball team won Runners-up Position & Silver Medal at Mumbai University Mumbai City Inter collegiate Handball Men championship held on 11th & 12th December, 2024 at C.K.T. College, Khanda colony.

Mumbai University Champion Baseball (Men): PCACS Men Baseball Team retained the title and Gold medal at Mumbai University Mumbai City Zone Inter Collegiate Baseball Men Championship held on 23rd January & 6th February 2025 at C.K.T College, Khanda Colony.

Pillai Staff Cricket League 2025: Pillai HOCL Campus(B) team won the 12th edition of PSCL 2025 by beating a star studded Dr. Pillai Global Academy – Gorai. It is the second consecutive year that HOCL campus(B) team winning this title. There were 8 teams from six campuses participated in the tournament held at Rasayani on 27th March 2025.


ITM Wellness Marathon 2025: Pillai HOC International students for winning ITM wellness marathon at Khargar on 16th February, 2025. Master Yash Nindekar won 3rd prize in Open Men section, Ms. Devika Sonawane won Gold Medal and First Position Open Women section and Ms. Anushka Gupta won Silver Medal and second prize in open women section.

Jhanvi sharma: Student of HOC International School won North-Zone athletics 100 meter Gold medal and participated at Junior National Athletics Championship at Bhubaneshwar in 100 mtr.

Kharghar Marathon: Pillai HOC International students and athletics trainees Master Kushal and Ms. Devika won First Prize and Gold Medals at Kharghar Marathon Junior Category on 16th February, 2025.

Pillaite Shines at Go Flo Marathon: In an electrifying star studded women Marathon at Bandra (BKC) Pillai Students won all the three position in 3km run, 1st & 2nd position in 5km run and 4th position in 10 Km Run and become the Most Medal Winning Institution.

Weightlifting (M): PCACS won Gold Medal at Mumbai University Inter Collegiate Weightlifting Championship for Men held at R. D. National College, Bandra on 12th November 2024.

Badminton Rising stars: Ms. Gatha Suryawanshi & Ms. Anushka Epte, two training Badminton Kids at Pillai Sports Club selected to represent India Camp trial for Asian Sub Junior Badminton Championship at Chengdu, China.

Pillai Staff Football League: The 12th Edition of Pillai Staff Football League held at Dr. Pillai Global Academy, New Panvel on 9th July 2024. A total of six teams participated in the League cum Knock out tournament. In the finals Pillai HOC Educational Campus beat Dr. K. M. Vasudevan Pillai campus in a thriller with a score of (1-10). The DPGA Gorai came third and the host finished fourth.

Pillai Staff Women’s day Cricket League: The 1st edition of Pillai Staff Women Cricket league conducted on 8th March 2025 at Dr. K. M. Vasudevan Pillai Campus on the Eve of International Womens Day. A total of eight teams participated in the tourney. Pillai HOC Educational campus(HOCL School), Rasayani won the maiden title by beating Dr. K. M. Vasudevan Pillai Campus(PCACS) team in the finals

Fit India Marathon 2025: Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports in Association with Pillai HOC Educational campus, Rasayani has organized a Marathon at Rasayani on 2nd February 2025. Thousands participated in the Marathon with a slogan of “Fitness ka Doss, Adha Ganta Rozz” with an aim to promote fitness in the society. The race is first of its kind at Rasayani as thousands of common people participated in it. Shri. Amritashva Kamal (IRS) Joint Director, Indian Customs kindly consented as Chief Guest, flagged off the race, and gave away the prizes on completion of the event.

Fit India Week Celebration: Pillai HOC Educational Campus has organized Fit India Week & Meet the Champion Program along with Sports Authority of India Regional Centre, Kandivali on 23rd December, 2024 at Pillai HOC Stadium. Asst. Director, Sports Authority of India Ms. Apoorva Manda (IRS) Inaugurated the Event, were thousands of students participated. Master Rishab Anupam Das, a Khelo India talent athlete who represent India at Asian Age Group Aquatic Championship and won 1 Silver & 1 Bronze respectively addressed the students during meet the champion program.

Mrunal-AgarkarMs. Mrunal Agarkar: Std XIth student of HOC International School (Khelo India trainee) has been selected to represent India at ASIAN Junior (U-18 years) Volleyball Championship scheduled to be held at Thailand from end June 2024, She also won Silver Medal and Awarded as Best Spiker of U-16 Girls Junior National Volleyball Championship from 27 May to 1st June 2023 at Hooghly, West Bengal.

Ms. Ujjwala Ramdas Ghuge: FY B.P.Ed. student of MES`s VCPER selected to represent India in Women`s Rugby team and won second place and Silver medal at Asian Rugby Sevens trophy at Doha, Qatar from 3rd to 4th Nov. 2023. She also represent University of Mumbai women’s Rugby team – secured 1st place in 15-a-side All India tournament held at Chandigarh University, Mohali from 20th to 24th January 2024

Ms. Prapti Kinare: Third Year CS student of Pillai College of Engineering Won Gold medal in Artistic Pair Yoga event, also Won Silver medal in Rhythmic pair event and won Gold medal in Artistic group event of Yogasana at 37th National Games, Panjim, Goa from 23rd October to 9th November 2023. It is her second consecutive National games gold medal winning performance.

Mr. Sailesh Mokal: First year UG student of Pillai HOC College of Arts Science & Commerce, & Khelo India Trainee, won Junior National Athletics Championship Gold medal in 4X100M at Coimbatore 7th to 11th November 2023. He also won South West Zone National University meet 400 m Silver medal at Chennai and Also won Gold medal at All India University Athletics meet 400m event Jodhpur 16th to 20th October 2023.

Mr. Aryan Patil: Second year B.Sc (IT) student and Khelo India trainee of Pillai HOC College of Arts Science& Commerce, Rasayani is an International High Jumper Won Gold medal in High jump at Junior National Athletics Championship held at Coimbatore from 7th to 11th November 2023. In the previous year he stood 4th Position at World School Game is now selected and recruited in Indian Airforce as a sports quota High Jumper.

Ms. Shweta Bankar: IXth Std student of Pillai HOCL (CBSE) school won Bronze medal in High jump at Sub Junior National Athletics Championship held at Coimbatore from 7th to 11th November 2023. She also identified as a promising Jumper by Govt. of India and transferred to National Centre of Excellence (NCOE) at Bangalore.

Aryan Arun Patil: 1st year BSC Student of Pillai HOC ACS – Rasayani won Gold Medal at Junior Athletics meet High Jump Championship held at Guhawati in November 2022. He also represented India at World School Athletics meet held at France and stood 4th at the world school meet. He won many top position at various national level meets held recently including Khelo India National Games. Aryan also selected for Under 20 years Asian Athletics Championship from India.

Nihal Sanjay Bhoir: XIth Std Student of HOC International School – Rasayani won Gold medal at Junior National Taekwondo Championship held at Bangalore in January 2023. He also selected in to the Indian squad for the forthcoming World Junior Taekwondo Championship

Abraham S Khasdar: Xth std Student of HOCL School CBSE won Gold medal at Junior National Athletics 300 meter medley run also made new at West Zone Junior National Championship in 300 meter with a timing of 35.88 sec. He is now selected to train under the National Centre of Excellence for high performance Athletes under Khelo India.

Prapti Kinare: TE (IT) student of Pillai College of Engineering won Gold medal at 36th National Games Artistic Yogasana event held at Gujrat in the month of September 2022. She also represented Mumbai University and Maharashtra state at many occasions and won laural to the state and University.

Preshita Tare: FY B.Sc Student of Pillai College of Arts Commerce & Science won Silver medal at Junior National Aquatics Water-polo Championship in the month of July 2022 while representing the state of Maharashtra. She also won many medals at State and National level during the season.

Abhijeet Singh: XIIth Std student of HOC International School won Bronze medal at Junior National Athletics meet 200 meter sprint at Guhawati. He performed this feast under injury and on his way to the nationals he has broken a 2 year old record state record of 100 meter time 10.88 sec to 10.73 sec. Unfortunately he was unable to compete at the National 100 Meter due injury and he has clocked his Best timing of 10.53 sec, is better than the National First timing at Junior Nationals.

Bhavya H Shah: Student of Dr. Pillai Global Academy, Gorai won Bronze medal at National Field Archery Championship 2022 while representing Maharashtra in Under 19 Boys category.

Diskha Jain: Second year M.Com student of Pillai College of Arts Commerce & Science (PCACS), New Panvel won Gold medal at Khelo India Winter Games 9th National ICESTOCK Sports Championship 2023 held at Gulmarg, Kashmir.

Pillai Salsette FC: Pillai Group of Institutions has fielded a Professional Football team at MFA Super Premier League and finished 5th in the League. This is First time that Pillai has fielded a Professional Football team for an Open League Circuit

The Soccer team (PCACS): is consistent in their performance for the last six years with keeping a berth in the finals. Won many titles and repeated its Gold winning performance with new talents. Its old guards are representing various ISL teams and team India. Its is a good sign of everlasting performance with zeal.

The Spiker`s done it again: The Pillai (PCACS) Volleyball team retained the Mumbai University Volleyball Championship title in a third consecutive year by beating all the star studded colleges in the region. The entire first six players has been represented the Mumbai University in All India Championships.

The Women Soccer Title with history: Pillai (PCACS) women Football team made history by winning the title for the first time to Pillai by beating a ten time defending champion Andrews college. She also represented the India squad at Paris in Sub Junior category and won silver medal. She participated five consecutive year at School National games and won one bronze, two silver and two gold medals respectively

Budding Boxers shines at National: Venketesh Tevar and Jhanvi Chavan both X th Std students of Pillai HOCL School(CBSE) won bronze medals at CBSE National Boxing Championship held at Mahendraghad-Haryana from 18th to 21st November 2018. Both of them lost in the semi-finals by a tie decision by judges and their performance were applaud by one and all present the venue. Rahul Bheke Shines at ISL Finals: The Pillai Alumni Rahul Bheke scored the winning score for FC Bangalore at extra time against a mighty Goa FC in the 2018-19 season of Indian Super League. Sports teachers refresher course: Mahatma Education Society`s Sports Control Board in association with Raigad District Sports Officer organised a state level two days training program for the Sports teachers. The program organized at Franav Farms were expert from Volleyball, Basketball, Football, Athletics and Physical conditioning conducted the class.

Physical Conditioning & Sports Injury rehabilitation clinic: MES Sports control board in association with MGM Medical college-Kamothe organized a clinic on sports injuries, Physical conditioning and rehabilitation of sportsmen for the sports players of Pillai group of Institutions. Pillai HOCL(CBSE) School under 19 yrs boys Volleyball team won gold medal at Mumbai Divisional Volleyball Championship at Shahad on 7th & 8th October 2017 . All the fourteen Educational districts of Mumbai zone participated in the tournament on their way to the title HOCL(CBSE) beat Mumbai (25-17, 25-22) and in the finals HOCL(CBSE) beat Mumbai suburb (25-12, 25-10). The team won the district title while representing Khalapur Taluka never lost any sets to any team throughout the journey. Sachin Tripati Ashutosh Sinha, Furkhan Jalil and setter Rwitik played excellently well for the team.

The Power Lifting Champion of HOCL School (CBSE) Ms. Vaishnavi Pawar (Std XII) made her maiden entry in to the State School Weight Lifting Championship and won silver medal. The first timer Vaishnavi equalised the weight (80Kg) lifted by her opponent from Amravati division and the decision for the first and second position took by weight of body weight amoung tied competitors. 1st Karjat Marathon Thrilled Karjat: The Pillai opened a new avenue for its rural marathon this time at Karjat with thousands from all the walk of life participated in the mega marathon first of its kind took place at this rural township. 17th Uran Marathon Draws Amazing Crowd: Pillai HOC Educational campus and Uran Gymkhana jointly organized 17th annual Uran Marathon 2017 on 24th at Uran. The event is significant because of the participation of hundreds of Armed Forces persons stationed at Uran along with all sections of the society. “Pillai Sports Fest -2017”– with a slogan of “Come on; Let us play together”– a sports festival organized by Pillai HOC Educational Campus-Rasayani for the schools & Jr. Colleges of Raigad district attracts hundreds of students across the district. The fest is inaugurated by Mrs. Vidya Sirsath, Taluka Sports Officer and a Shiv Chhatrapati award winner in the presence of all HOD`s and deputy CEO of Pillai HOC Educational Campus-Rasayani. There were three sports disciplines namely Kho-Kho, Kabaddi and cricket conducted for students under the age of 19 years from 28th November to 7th December 2017 and many teams from remote places of Raigad district participated in the event. Pillai HOCL School Taekwondo Team: Pillai HOCL School (CBSE) won the Overall title of Raigad district Taekwondo Championship held at Kharghar on 27th August 2016. A total 54 students participated in various categories and the school secured 12 gold medals, 08 silver medals and 11 bronze medals in the journey and adjudged as Overall Champion in the event.

Pillai HOCL School Boxing Team: The Novice boxers of Pillai HOCL School (CBSE) won the prestigious School Boxing Championship title of Raigad district. A total of 16 boxers participated from the school. All the training boxers came up with medals and the tally is 08 gold 03 silver and 05 bronze medal.

DPGA Gorai Won the PSCL Season-5: Dr. Pillai Global Academy – Gorai won the prestigious Pillai Staff Cricket League 2017. This is the first time, the Rolling trophy is going out of Navi Mumbai.

Miss. Ayonika Paul: Second year ME student of PIIT-New Panvel selected to represent India in the forthcoming Olympics at Rio (Brazil). Earlier in the year she won the silver medal at Common Wealth Games New Delhi. Another achievement of Ayonika is an Asian bronze medal in the year 2015. She also awarded as the Best Achiever Award in sports by Pillai Group of Institutions in 2016.

Miss. Aliania Paul: Third year Automobile student of PIIT-New Panvel won silver medal at World Junior Rifle Shooting Double Trap Championship at Finland (June 2015). She also awarded the best achievers award by Pillai Group of Institutions.

She was also participated in the Asian Games and reached upto the finals. She also won bronze in the World Cup Rifle Shooting Championship. Won gold in the prestigious National Games 2015 held at Kerala.

Aliana Paul: Aliana Paul (SE-Auto) student of Pillai Institute of Information Technology selected in to the National squad for the forth coming Asian Championship as well as World Rifle Shooting Championship for the year 2015. She also won gold medal in the Shotgun event at Inter University Championship.

Riya Pillai: Final year B.Com student of Pillai college of Arts Commerce & Science who is 6th in the National ranking won the All India University Women Singles Badminton gold medal and also won the Bahrain International Women Single Badminton Series.

Tejas Karle: Second year B.Com student of Pillai college of Arts, Commerce and Science won bronze at Asian Rifle Shooting Championship at Tehran. He also won gold medal in All India University Rifle Shooting Championship. In the National Games at Kerala he won another medal. He is selected for coaching at Abhinav Bindra Rifle Shooting Academy, Bangalore.

Vishal V Lokhare: 12th Std student Pillai HOC International School won silver medals in 110 High Hurdle at Junior State Athletics Championship and West Zone Athletics meet. He also stood 4th place in National Inter Zone Athletics meet and Junior National Athletics meet.

PIIT Students Triumph at West Zone Universities Chess title for Mumbai University: Mr. Aditya Singh (3rd year Mech) and Mr. Sarvesh Rao (2nd year Electronics) students of Pillai Institute of Information technology (PIIT) won the West Zone Universities Chess Championship(Men) team title for Mumbai University. The Mumbai University team led by Aditya Singh outplayed every universities coming under west zone during the event held at Ahmedabad (Guj).

Ishita Deshmukh: VIIth standard student of Dr. Pillai Global Academy – New Panvel won the bronze medals in 100 meters sprint and long jump respectively at Maharashtra State Athletics Championship held at Pune.

Bhushan V Gunjal: 10th std student of Pillai HOCL school Rasayani won silver medal in Taekwondo at Indian Taekwondo league held at New Delhi.

Pillai HOCL School (CBSE) Boxers Shines at Mumbai Divisional Championship: Boxers from Pillai HOCL School (CBSE) won medals at Mumbai Divisional School Boxing Championship by winning 08 medals (02 Gold, 02 Silver and 04 Bronze).

Pillai College of Arts Commerce & Science (PCACS): Handball team won the bronze medal at Mumbai University Championship at Dr. K.M. Vasudevan Pillai Campus with MES Chief Operating Officer Dr. Priam Pillai and Dy. CEO Mr. Franav Pillai.

Rahul Rathod: First year B.Com student of Pillai HOC Arts Commerce & Science College – Rasayani made an excellent show in the Mumbai University Boxing Championship held at Kalyan from 20th to 26th December 2014. Rahul Rathod won the silver medal by beat eight boxers with much experience in the University Championship and clinched silver.

PCACS settled with runners-up trophy in the Second Consecutive Year in Mumbai University Football Championship 2014-15 Pillai College of Arts Commerce and Science-New Panvel won the silver medal and runners-up position in the second consecutive year at Mumbai University Football Championship. A total of 198 colleges participated in the event.

Pillai Sports Academy Athletics made history at State Jr. Athletics meet: Athletes from Pillai Sports Academy – Rasayani won medals in the Junior State Athletics meet held at Balewadi on 17th & 18th August 2014. In the prestigious 100 meter race Diptesh Utekar (Pillai HOCL School) clocked 10.9 sec to secure gold. In (U-20)110 meter High Hurdle Vishal Lokhare easily secured the gold with a timing of 14.9 sec. In (U-20) 400 meters Low Hurdle Tousif Shaikh won the gold with a clocked timing of 57.8 sec. In under 16 boys 200 meters race Gurunath Mashlikar from the Academy won the gold with a timing of 23.2 sec. In Under 16 boys Pentathlon an injured Suraj Sawar from the academy settled with silver with a score of 2533 points as ASI athlete won the gold.

Deepak Irmani: Final year B.Com student of PCACS won the silver medal of Mumbai University Football Tournament followed by his selection into the University squad and won runners-up title at West Zone University title. Deepak also captained Mumbai University Football Team for All India Intervarsity Tournament.

PCACS made history in Mumbai University Volleyball Championship: Pillai College of Arts Commerce and Science – New Panvel won the silver medal and runners-Up position in the Mumbai University Volleyball Championship held at SM Shetty College at Powai from 22th to 27th September 2014. The team also emerged victorious from Raigad zone were around 18 colleges competed. This is the first time that a college from Navi Mumbai/ Raigad won this prestigious Mumbai University Volleyball runners-up trophy and silver medal.

Tejesh of VCPER Shines: Tejesh Parsekar, student of Mahatma Education Society`s Vidhydhiraja College of Physical Education & Research won the Mumbai University Inter-collegiate Aquatics Championships 50 meter Backstroke – gold medal and 200 meter Back stroke – silver medal.

Miss Rucha Dharekar: First year Engineering student of Pillai HOC College of Engineering won the bronze medal in University Fencing Championship held at Mumbai. She also represent Mumbai University in All India University Fencing Championship held at Patiala.

Master Prakash N Bhatia: XIIth Std Student of Mahatma School of Academics & Sports won the silver medal at Junior State Karate Championship.

Mumbai Zone Volleyball team: led by Pillai College of Arts Commerce & Science (PCACS) won the title of Maharashtra State Youth Volleyball Championship 2015 held at Vile Parle.

Staff Football League: The Mahatma Education Society`s Staff Football League 2014 title won by Mr. Franav Pillai Led MES Chembur Campus team. They beat Dr. KM Vasudevan Pillai campus Panvel in the finals held at DPGA Panvel ground.

Pen Mini Marathon: A State level Mini marathon is organised at Pen by Pillai HOC Educational campus to spread the importance of quality education with a slogan of “Education for all and All for Education”. The State level event was an hit with more than three thousand participants took part in the event and it was held in as many as eight categories.

2013-14

Ayonika Paul: Ace shooter and BE(EXRTC) student of PIIT – New Panvel remains in the news for her successful journeys in India and abroad. She was crowned with Asian Championship bronze medal, All India Masters gold medal, Senior National Championship gold and also represented the Country in the World Cup Rifle Shooting at USA. Presently ranked No.1 in Senior Women Category of India and World ranking No. 29. Ayonika Paul also awarded with “Shiv Chhatrapati Puraskar” – the prestigious Maharashtra Government award for the excellence.

Gopal Mhatre: B.P.Ed student of Vidhyadhiraja College of Physical Education & Research won the National gold medal in Shotokan Karate and represent Indian in Asian Championship and won gold medal in the tournament. He also represented the country in the World Karate Championship.

Tejas Karle: First year B.Com student of Pillai college of Arts, Commerce and Science won the Asian Junior Rifle Shooting Championship Bronze at Nanchang, China. He also represented India at a tournament held at Iran.

Riya Pillai: Second year B.Com student of Pillai college of Arts, Commerce & Science made headlines in the news media by selected herself into the Indian National Badminton squad for tournaments at Maldives, Bahrain and Australia. The state champion of Maharashtra also ranked No. 4th in India.

 

Aliana Paul: FE(Auto) student of Pillai Institute of Information Technology New Panvel made us proud by winning gold medal in National Youth Shotgun Trap Rifle Shooting Championship. She also selected into the Indian probable camp for Asian games.

Prathik Deshmukh: First Year M.Sc(IT) student of PCACS made us proud by winning National bronze, West Zone silver and State gold in the 10M Rifle Shooting Championship.

 

Roshan R Shelke: 10th Std student of Mahatma School of Academics and Sports made the school proud by winning National bronze medal and State gold medal in Wushu (Marshal Arts) Competition held at Delhi and Nagpur respectively.

Vishal V Lokhare: 12th Std student Pillai HOC International School won silver medals in 110 High Hurdle at Junior State Athletics Championship and West zone Athletics meet. He also stood 4th place in National Inter Zone Athletics meet and Junior National Athletics meet.

Radha Joshi: 12th Std student of Pillai HOC International School won the State gold medal, West Zone National silver medal and National Inter Zone bronze medal in 400 Low Hurdle in the year 2013.

Diptesh Utekar: 11th Std student of Pillai HOC International School made us proud by winning Jr. State Athletics Championship silver medal and West Zone National Athletics Championship 100 meter Bronze medal.

Vinayak Upadhyay: 12th Std student of Pillai HOC International School won the silver medal at State Junior Volleyball Championship held at Jalna. He also selected in to the State team for the National Championship and played in the first six during Junior National Championship held at Dehradun.

Vithhal R Karve: 12th Std student of Pillai HOC International School won the silver medal at State Junior Volleyball Championship and also played Junior Nationals Championship are Dehradun from Maharashtra Squad.

Dishant Rawat: 12th Std student of Pillai HOC International School won the silver in the Junior State Volleyball Championship and also played School National Volleyball Championship and National Gramin Youth Volleyball Championship.

Jaydeep Holgar: 12th Std student of Pillai HOC International School won the silver medal in State Junior Volleyball Championship and also played in the Gramin National Volleyball Championship and School National Volleyball Championship.

Jagjeet Singh: First Year M.Com student of PCACS won the silver medal at Mumbai University Football Championship were 246 colleges competed for the title. He also represented Mumbai University in West Zone National University Football Meet and won runners-up position.

Rahul Thakur: First Year B.Com student of PCACS captained the college Football team to a silver medal glory in Mumbai University Football Championship and also won silver medal at West Zone National University Meet. He also played for Mumbai University team in the National Varsity Football Championship held at Kerala.

Aniket Dhuri: Third year B.Com student PCACS played as a Vice–Captain of college team in the Mumbai University Football Championship and won silver medal. Selected for Mumbai University team in the All India West Zone Universities Championship and placed runners-up in the journey. This is followed by his selection in the All India Universities Football Championship.

Nazeef Mohammed: Second year B.Com student of PCACS represent the college in Mumbai University Soccer Tournament followed by West zone varsities tournament and both place he settled with silver medal. Also played all Indian Varsities Football tournament at Kerala.

Deepak Irmani: Second year B.Com student of PCACS won the silver medal of Mumbai University Football Tournament followed by his selection into the University squad and won Runners-up title at West Zone University title. Deepak also selected to play All India University Football Tournament at Kerala.

Vaibhav Karpe: Second year B.Com student of PCACS represented Mumbai University Mumbai University in the West Zone Universities Championship and adjudged with runners-up position. He also played All India University Championship at Kerala

Aman Seena: Third year B.Com student of PCACS represented Mumbai University in the West Zone Universities Handball Championship and placed third in the tournament.

Vishal Maphankar: First year M.Com student of PCACS represented Mumbai University in West Zone Universities Baseball Championship and placed runners-up. He also participated in the All India Universities Baseball Championship.

Varsha D Metkari: Student of Vidhyadhiraja College of Physical Education and Research represented the Mumbai University in the West Zone Universities Handball Championship and placed runners-up in the tournament. She also played All India University Handball Championship 2013-14. In addition to this She also won silver medal in Mumbai University Wrestling Championship and gold medal in University Fencing Championship.
