Pillai HOC Athletes shines at State School Athletics Meet

Pillai HOC International School Athlete’s shines at State School Athletics Meet held at SAI Kandivali Stadium from 12th – 14th November, 2013.

Tousif Shaikh won Double Gold

Tousif Shaikh surprised everyone at SAI Kandivali Stadium by winning double Gold medal in both 110 h/h and 400 L/H at State School Meet held on 12th – 14th November, 2013. He clinched the Gold medal in 110 High Hurdles with a timing of 14.60 seconds, one of the best performance by him in the recent season and clocked 55.50 seconds to clinch 400 meters Low Hurdles Gold medal.

Vishal Lokhare and Diptesh Utekar settled with Bronze

Vishal Lokhare, who also compete in the same events unfortunately injured during hurdle crossing in 110 High Hurdle was unable to complete the 110 H/H, but managed to win bronze in the 400 Low Hurdles in an injured state of condition by clocking 59.00 seconds.

Meanwhile another elite athlete Diptesh Utekar managed to clock 23.00 seconds in 200 meters and settled with bronze medal.
